Managing the Simone Leigh US Exhibition Tour

The Museum Box was engaged by the ICA Boston to work on contract negotiations, tour management and registration support for the 2023-2025 Simone Leigh tour in the United States.

The Museum Box negotiated contracts with venues, managed budgeting and financial agreements around shared costs and with vendors. The Museum Box planned project meetings, developed timelines and schedules, monitored deliverable deadlines, provided support with registration tasks, including assessing installation plans, loan conditions and requirements, bidding to insurance, crating and shipping companies.
