    • Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within scope

    • Prepare and manage exhibition budgets in collaboration with senior leadership

    • Track expenses, vendor contracts, invoicing, and financial documentation; support final reconciliation

    • Coordinate shipping schedules, insurance, storage, courier logistics, and inter-venue movements across tour legs in compliance with museum standards

    • Support installation and deinstallation planning and execution

    • Coordinate exhibition development, including texts, design, production, interpretive materials, and related vendor activities

    • Prepare post-exhibition reports, data collection, and project evaluations

    Qualifications

    • 3–6 years of experience managing or coordinating exhibitions, traveling exhibitions, or related cultural projects

    • Working knowledge of museum standards, loans, registration, and exhibition logistics

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with senior leadership and clients

    • International project management experience

    • Familiarity with exhibition contracts, insurance, and shipping processes

    • Experience working within or alongside curatorial, registration, or exhibition departments
